Sandra, it was about 60 miles away. I want to move there as it is so very beautiful, wild and magical!

What kind of bird is it?
My av is MadamX our downtown peregrine falcon.

You sound like me wanting to move to lake Erie area. I just love it there.

Is that the ocean?

The bird is a European Robin and in my Av I have a male Bullfinch.

Our robins are different. And we don't have the bullfinch here either.

Oh wow Cath you brought memories for me with Carnforth station. That was were my uncle picked me up and took me round with him on his round checking a few of the milking machines he has installed up in that area. They lived just outside Cartmel.

I was only about 15 at the time. So long ago, but the memory of that day and the scenery has just come flooding back.

This is a little one lane bridge at lake Erie. I used to go fishing off of the bridge when I was a kid. I only caught sheepshead which are not good for eating. Fair size fish though and could give a good fight.
