My advice, if you are serious, is don't have the stash..... don't bring it into the house. If you haven't got chocolate or evil food in the house and only good healthy food then when hungry your only option is better food.

If you are not hungry and are just depressed; go find something you enjoy to do and do it rather than sit and eat. I even find if I've been working long hours and get little sleep I over eat for energy. Now if I'm really tired I either sleep or go for a walk to re-energize myself as food, especially sugar, only gives you a rush.

Interesting fact: did you know salami sets off more of the 'good feeling endorphins' than what chocolate does?!!
 
I'm doing ok. I did have a choc yesterday but only a little one - does size matter :rolleyes: maybe a different
topic :roflmao: - oh, topic, a hazelnut in every bite. Who remembers that?

I didn't have alcohol yesterday, thanks to H being that little voice on my shoulder saying no :inlove:.

Off to walk the dogs soon, I'll need my hat and gloves - it is cold.
 
Waited too long to walk the dogs, it is now very wet as well :poop:. I'm taking a lady to the hairdressers later and I will combine them both. Must remember not to leave the dogs at the hairdressers and take old lady for a walk:cautious:.
 
Almost a week since I last wrote. It has been a good week. Thanks to H keeping me on track I haven't had alcohol since Sunday and I have been eating regular meals. Often I am the worlds worst at skipping meals.

I have walked the dogs for the last 4 afternoons, although this afternoon I may go for a nap instead as H has offered to do them:inlove:.

I have eaten some chocolate each day, but not to excess.

I am due to be weighed again on the 21st Feb. New mantra, must lose weight before then:rolleyes:.
