Goal For The Day

For today and daily through until Thursday.

Walk the dogs.
Have supper prepared.
Have house tidy.
Do booked voluntary car journeys.
Go to work.

Enjoy every minute of it that I possibly can. Each time I answer the phone, I am going to do my best to brighten that persons day. I will greet each delivery person with a smile and take time to say "hi". I hope to develop infectious happiness and spread it everyone I can. :)

I couldn't do my last goal :( feeling ashamed. My next goal is not to spend my whole day on the computer... to read an write more...

I need to finish an English Essay, due tomorrow. Really need to clean up the house a bit. Vacuum, clean up the floor and do the dishes.

(((NH))), I hated the idea, but it was OK. Take some relaxation or meditation music etc on your iPod. Then try and close your eyes and concentrate on that.

Today I MUST start on the horrid psychologist questionnaire which I have been avoiding for weeks. I see him on Tuesday so I can't put it off much longer.
