I used to feel stuck in a cycle of constant anxiety and overthinking.
Nothing major happened in my life, but I just couldn’t relax — it felt like I was running on stress.
A few months ago, I started doing something super simple: writing just *one honest page a day*. No pressure, no structure, just letting everything out.
It didn’t solve all my problems, but somehow it helped me slow down and feel safer in my own mind.
Eventually, I created a simple 60-day version for myself to follow consistently.
Surprisingly, I’ve actually been able to stick to it — and I sleep better, think clearer.
Just curious…
Has anyone else tried something similar like one-page journaling?
Would love to hear if it helped you too.
