Proud of myself for scheduling a day of tackling the medical bill problems. Also scheduled a meeting with a new health insurance agent. Making sure that our three full-time employees and their families have access to health insurance, and that I am out of the mix and don't drive up the costs for everyone.

Handling the things that stress me, or that I am afraid of, one thing at a time.
 
Confused, angry and guilty about something which is completely innocent but because of someone else has been blown out of proportion for reasons I don't understand.
Ugh, it's awful when people create drama. I'm sorry you're feeling the reverberations of someone else's issues. *offers hugs*
It's my sinuses again!
Ohhh, you poor thing. :-( Sinus infections are awful!! If you have an earache, a really good method of soothing it and helping to break up mucus: bake peeled but whole onion in the oven on around 200ºC (I don't know what that is in F, sorry) for about 20-30 mins. Cut onion in half. Put one half in a glass jar. Hold your head to the side and put the open part of the jar sealed around your ear for about 20 mins.

Also, drinking 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of boiled, warm (not hot!!) water three times a day will naturally help break down mucus production.
At this hour I am feeling insecure, cold, nervous, shaken, concerned, uptight, disappointed, and courageous.

Been relaxing with my girlfriend and watching a movie. It's been a very relaxing night, the first in quite a while. I actually feel relaxed. It's wonderful to feel relaxed for a change.
