What Did You Do For You Today???

Today I looked after myself and went to see the physio therapist.

I made a pot of black beans and rice.

Admitted to myself that I am broken. But that I am still a good person no matter what happened in my past.

I finally found an electric bike which is suitable for short ar*ed me. I spoke to a nice man and he measured the bike for me. I will order it tomorrow.

I ran a whole bunch of errands and got them out of the way so I do not have to go out later on in the week. My icemaker quit making ice so I made an appointment for tommorow for a repairman to come out tommorow afternoon. I got us frappes and I am sipping on a few glasses of wine now and relaxing.

I went to see my psychriatrist in Sydney. I went for a boogie board. I went to a life drawing classes. I went for an ocean rock pool.

I am waiting for my lads to get up and then I am going for a long soak in the bath.

I bought myself an electric bicycle.

Today I bought myself a pair of shoes. First pair in a couple of years.

I have long boots, short boots, walking boots, trainers, sandals and Wellington's, but no shoes.

I arranged for a repairman to come out to get my icemaker fixed. I am so proud of myself in getting things done.

I dumped my boyfriend of six months. He would not stop calling me crazy and psycho . To me, these are words of war.

I tidied up. I thought things through and made decisions. I bravely kept moving despite feeling like curling up and going to sleep.
