I'm going to install a member stats system. You're already used to it, as it's the same thing as the member usertitle ranks now used, except this is image based. Currently, your usertitle changes based on post count.
A ranks system is a small image based system under your avatar that changes based on a define input. It could work on likes or posts or credits or pretty much any one thing that is a statistic here against member activity.
The feedback needed is more based on the type of image used. For example, on a tennis forum I run it uses a little tennis man. As post count increases, more men show. When you hit a certain amount, then men start again, except now in a different colour. It starts at bronze (beginner) goes through silver, gold, platinum and then red, for coach.
So a similar idea is needed for here, where some type of image is used and changes as a member progresses, showing their healing journey based on defined time and effort here. This is most likely why post count is the option for use, as the more a user posts, often the more questions they're asking, the more work they're doing mentally, thus the more healing is often obtained.
