You Know You Have PTSD When...

You get home from work and make a cup of tea, sit down, only to find that it's the 4th time you must have done this since they are all still warm :)

That's when I can actually go through the whole sequence of making a cup of tea. It's not uncommon for me to end up with a mug of milk with a teabag, or hot water and milk.

OMFG my dad did that to me in the car the other day because I'm sound sensitive and my rather loud younger sister was talking in my ear and complained.

You know you have PTSD when you get to know a man and eventually he tells you on a side note that many years ago he got an electrician degree and from that moment on you keep thinking of all the ways he could happily kill you making it look like an accident and noone would ever know. :banghead: :wacky:

Thank goodness, because you have PTSD, you can laugh at yourself because you've had lots of experience with considering yourself nuts! (By the way, there's a nut smiley missing.)
