My friend posted it because the article had her hopping mad. She's a counselor specializing in sexual abuse victims, and she couldn't wrap her head around the concept of people condoning that behavior.

Is the article real, or is it a a mash of poorly quoted so called info?

Same here... when I was 13 years old my first "consensual" sexual relationship was with a 19/20 year old "man." At age 16 I had two different "relationships" with men who were 28/29 years old. At 17 a 30ish man. At the time I did not see a problem. I enjoyed the relationships and seriously had no clue that it was inappropriate. Now I have a 16 year old daughter and I am so fiercely protective that I think I have made her afraid of relationships.

Like others have said there are a whole community who work full time promoting this sick agenda and yes they really do believe it. As for the so called support. It is manipulation of information that turns it into something it never was. As close to lies as you can get. The idea that there is legitimacy there is laughable but scary. Thats the worrying part. How they wrap it up in a way that appears to give it legitimacy

I'm glad it's not just me that sees it then. I was taken aback at just how f*cked up the article really was, if this kind of shit became mainstream, I think it would be perfectly ok to turn into a 'doomsdayer' and move into a godforsaken corner of the planet permanently.
