I bought a cute gym bag last month for days I want to go to the gym after school or if I was out running around and wanted to go to the gym.

I took the tags off and packed it today. :) Gym clothes, hygiene stuff and trainers.

@Ayesha, are trainers gym shoes? I was wondering about that the other day, what different parts of the world call their sneakers, or tennies as I call them. Good for you packing your bag! It's a cute bag.

I think so. In the UK we call them trainers, in South Africa, they were takkies.

I went to aqua this morning, which was as usual very good. Whilst I was sat at the counter drying my hair, there was 2 other women, one either side. We were all just staring at the mirror, not speaking. I'm proud I started a conversation by saying how pretty one of the ladies nails were. That broke the ice and we all began chatting - nice.

@Britt.f7 Yes, tennis shoes, gym shoes etc. I call them that because they are so different from the tennis shoes I knew growing up. Deserve a different name in my opinion. :D Tennis shoes is more broad while trainers is more less fashion more serious.

I know how odd I sound right now. I can be to literal.

For me: After classes today, I will either: go to the gym or take a nap with the cat. Very different things but both for me.

We, some of the states, refer to tennis/gym shoes, as tennies(not in the dictionary) or sneakers. Rarely I will call them my gym shoes. Interesting.

I'm glad you initiated conversation KP. And, Ayesha, you are right, either way you are taking care of yourself. :)

Yay, nails done. My nails aren't long and are small so I thought a pale colour would be best. However, I'm not a pale type of girl. I love them. It was so nice to be pampered, I have made another appointment for 2 weeks today and another for just before my holiday (the one before my holiday, I'm going with my daughter. A nice girlie pampering time).

My skin is so dry becasue of all the cold air and the air heaters in the house, car and buildings. I don't think there is enough lotion in my whole house. I have a bit of eczema on my legs and it gets worse when they are dry. Patches of torn up skin on my legs. I had a boyfriend who once told me that it was "really gross". My husband has never said anything like that. Maybe my husband is really sweet or maybe I am right in thinking that it doesn't look that bad. My eczema is pretty mild.

I bought a feel good book last night on my kindle.
