Okay so after some god damn awful side effects I want off these meds. I have stopped taking all of these today. And other than slight fluttering of anxiety. I actually feel awake for the first time in ages. Is this as bad as it gets?

No, usually it gets worse. Right now, because of half-life effect, you aren't really off them yet.

Prozac (fluoxetine) will be in your system for about 5 weeks. It is considered to be safe to stop abruptly, although you will probably start having some flu-like symptoms, headache, and pay close attention to your mood.

Seroquel: how long were you taking it and how high a dose? Have you ever been diagnosed as bi-polar?

Atarax: It's safer to taper.

And you aren't doing this with a doctor because...?

Side affects = bedwetting and urge incontinence ruining life. Not not bipolar just severely depressed and suffering PTSD. I'm on 60 mg Prozac 75mg quietiapine and 40mg atarax so low doses

OK. I'm not a doctor. not a doctor. NOT a doctor. You should see a doctor.

My advice? Stay on the prozac. Stay on the atarax. Start tapering the seroquel. If you are taking it at night, for sleep, go down to a 1/2 tab for 7 days, then go off. Wait a week after that and see if things improve.

Your atarax dose is miniscule, true, but it's the one that is least likely to be causing the incontinence.

Also: do kegels. (I'm serious).

That's my pennysworth of opinion. I strongly encourage you to not discontinue the prozac. It has no track record for incontinence that I can see, but it is the only thing working on your depression.

ETA: is your incontinence stress (like you sneeze and pee) or overflow (like you never empty your bladder) or urge (like you keep getting the urge to go and then involuntarily urinate)?

Urge, it started off the odd accident at night but now it's every night and if I have a panic attack I have to go and can't stop.

Other things you should rule out are: Urinary tract infection (I'm assuming you'd feel it, but I don't know if always. Does the UK have an over-the-counter test?), diabetes, pre-menopause, and/or how you recovered after your most recent kid...

Again - I'm totally not a doctor - I just think there are more common causes for what you're experiencing, and of your three drugs, only seroquel and atarax have any data on incontinence. For atarax, it's very very low on the list, and for seroquel, usually it's a problem with retention and inability to urinate.

But also, when changing medications, whenever possible, you need to go one at a time, so you know what you just did. Dropping all three of a sudden, I really do worry that in about 3 days you are going to feel awful, physically and emotionally.
