Anyone making New Years resolutions about their wellness? Some of mine are
1. Learn self compassion
2. Not isolate
3. Work (actually work and not go through the motions) in therapy
4. Go to an Al Anon meeting... I know this sounds cheesy but I am not a group sharing kind of gal and the thought causes a great deal of anxiety but I desperately would like to connect with others and hear their stories so maybe I won't feel so abnormal ???
5. Be a better listener especially for my kid
6. Be at peace with parts of my life
7. Work on a better understanding/relationship with my husband or find some resolve
I don't know... Cheesy but things I want to accomplish. Perhaps it would be better said "2016 Goals"
Maybe we could check back in as we complete some of these things so that we can build on our progress?
