Relationship 20 Year Wedding Anniversary

We celebrated our 20 year Wedding Anniversary yesterday!

To all those out there who are toghether with a sufferer (my husband suffers combat PTSD), it can be done if both partners work together!:) It was/is a long bumpy road but we made it!

I will definitely have to ask you what techniques did you use to diffuse and or adjust the PTSD continuum? I am asking this for my wife Kim and for myself. I AM betting the process you have in place can be duplicated.
