5 Things I Am Grateful For

I am grateful that I slept good last night.
That today will be a fun day.
That I am continually making plans for me to go out.
For all of my forum friends.
For my animal family, they are such good company.
 
I am grateful that I am learning how to coupon so I can save lots of money for my family on groceries and such.
I am grateful for my garden.
I am grateful for this forum.
I am grateful for the nice people on this forum...you have helped me so much!
I am grateful for my home.
 
1. I am grateful for my companion animals and the people who help me care for them.
2. I am grateful for the place that I live and my Gulf coast community.
3. I am grateful that I am married to a man who loves me more than he is frustrated by me.
4. I am grateful that I can think of creative ways to be a blessing to others.
5. I am grateful that I continue to beat my prognosis both physically (illness) and PTSD.
 
I am grateful for:
  • to get through a day without any major anxiety problems
  • my three beautiful cats, who are teaching me, to be more compassionate to myself
  • one of the families that I help, loan me, a dvd player to use, for the past week
  • the ability to write out the thoughts, I can't speak out loud
  • to find release, in my dvd collection, which I share with others
 
1. Music...especially when it is beautiful music that soothes and fills my soul.
2. People who care about me.
3.My computer, which allows me to connect with people who care about me, and soothing music anytime I need to.
4.Money...which helps me pay for these things which help me stay connected to people who care and music.
5.Beautiful clothes that help me feel confident.
 
I get to take my dog with me over to my daughters house.
I am grateful that I have been staying at my daughters house.
I am grateful for my granddaughters taking the cat tree apart.
I am grateful that I got my anxiety meds today.
I am so grateful that I did not get any bills today.
 
I'm grateful for my new therapist.

I'm grateful I fought like crazy today and found a little bit of relief.

I'm grateful that i tried some things that helped.

I'm grateful for my friends.

I'm grateful my anxiety is lower and much easier to deal with today.
 
  1. Ice-cream -no explanation needed.
  2. Butterflies - they represent life to me and those that I love that have passed. I always think that when they come around it is a reminder that those that love me are thinking of me.
  3. Children - my children are my greatest loves of my life. I am so in love with them and everything about them.
  4. Medication - help with anxiety
  5. Challenges - even though they seem insurmountable at times, I have learned many life's lessons because of them.
