2. Making it to my appointment and seeing my progress (yay cause Cognitive Behavior Therapy is hard work and I am making milestones)
3. Walking extra today
4. Getting my dog some organic bison to celebrate her birthday on Friday
5. Treating myself to 1/2 pound of organic coffee beans
 
Im greatful I have the ability to choose at this point in my life. I am greatful for the chance to overcome this crap so I can get back in the fight to really make a change so kids stop going through what too many of us have already gone through. I am greatful for the chance to relook at things again with other pairs of eyes no matter how much it pisses me off or makes me uncomfortable. And I am most greatful for the things that I care for like my dogs and nature being there to comfort me during the times things get hard. I am greatful for learning a new tool to use or information to better understand and help myself.
