I did absolutely nothing today.
I was starting to let that cause me a lot of anxiety, but then just decided not to feel anxious.
I think I'm going to watch the kind of TV that feels indulgent, but I cant remember what that might be. Maybe a movie is better.
I wish I hadnt eaten what must have been 3000 calories of cheese today.
I'm glad that I did nothing and will not let it make me hyper vigilant tomorrow to try to make up for it.
