Tired today, too much walking, but worth it.
I really want to get the end of the book I'm currently reading, but it's a struggle.
So glad I don't have to do anything today.
It'd be nice if the rainshowers would stop. I want to put my washing out!
I'm trying really hard to not anticipate what may be about to happen at work. Getting worked up over it will do me no favours.

1. Not the first time, but I saw (& heard) kids technically my age when the ptsd started, (& my dad had died), & I was doing everything to cope (drinking/ gambling/ close calls), & was working shortly after, basically in a bar underage, & trying to keep up straight A's in school (while missing most of it), & the x2 suicide attempts within months of that. I was like 40's in my concerns at 14/ 15. Well in some ways as a child too but not the same.. Well, earlier, but the realities of ptsd/ the maladptive coping, eventually SI, -that stuff alone was ions different than that age's (normal) thoughts. :wideeyed: I was, in some ways, dealing with stuff even adults don't know what to do (about).
2. There are sweet things, people in the world, even post-ptsd.
