1. Ten days and the depression hasn't returned. Longest run in my adult life!
2. B3 is a godsend.
3. I love ballet outdoors.

2. Was at a counter that had 4 of those Beanie Baby stuffed animals, they have heart-shaped birthay tags. One was a mouse (with cheese :p ) , a nickname as a kid. The birthday date was my Aunt's birthday :wideeyed: (I looked the others were different dates), & the sentence inside said: "Oh my happy toes! " ( The last 2 or 3 weeks of her life- she had had gangrene). :wideeyed: :wideeyed: :wideeyed: !:) :inlove: :notworthy:
3. I saw someone wearing a shirt that said:
FAITH Loyalty Devotion Hope Reliance Confidence
4. I am thankful for kindness & gentleness of others

1. I went to therapy today and got a green light on a few things to follow through on: I had been quiet previously.
2. It was hard for me to be direct in a few things with my adult son, as I did not wish to cause him pain and/or anger.
3. I wish that I could say it felt good to deliver the message but it was uncomfortable as h3ll to hear my voice in a battle zone of entrenched contention.
4. I am sure at some point, I will heal a little from not stuffing down so much bunk but right now I feel anxious.
5. It is challenging sometimes to offer a balanced narrative in therapy when 'others' in my 3-D life appear crazier than I.:clown: My T agreed.:roflmao:

I am a good tired and fully enjoying my grandkids being here.
Looking forwards to a get away tomorrow.
Going to make a cake with the grandkids this week.
Taking small risks in becoming visible
Going to go to bed early tonight and catch up on some sleep.

Hearing T say "sexual abuse" today sucked and deeply hurt me

I'm ready for a break

Muscle strain triggers CFS/ME symptoms
Sometimes I want to give up but, I never do
I wish I lived near enough to the ocean to visit the beach

2. Can't sleep
3. 42 degrees with humidity, air conditioner out of service
4. Thought I was having an 'unexplained moment' again, heard absent friend's voice, wasn't absent though
5. Reading threads making me doubt if anyone irl cares. Suppose it's my tiredness. Or just so.
