1. Today the drama was so high again in the house...I considered holding a score card.

3. I am learning a lot by watching my PTSD Roommate react (mainly how I may/must appear to others).:rolleyes:
4. I am getting more in touch with my stress levels: mainly I am in various modes of stress.:geek:
5. I downloaded a new game but need to talk to @Anrish before I hit the agree to service- Final Fantasy Brave Exvius (have you played it and is there a monthly fee?):chicken::ninja::hug:
 
1. I am thinking that distorted cognitions are crappy.
2. I am changing a lot and improving.
3. Mindfulness has made such a difference to my life.
4. Self Compassion is the basis for my recovery now - until I get that I won't move forward.
5. I have changed so much lately that I am actually walking differently.

4. Big Thank you to whoever (I can't recall I'm sorry :notworthy: :hug: ) suggested music for stressed dogs. Put on "6 Hours of Music For New Puppies with Separation Anxiety" during TStorm & it knocked out dog & I both. By which I can obviously conclude:..
5.... I am a puppy? :wideeyed: :confused:
