8 Hours Of Sleep Music

Well, I had a nightmare tonight at the 6 hour mark. So it does not prevent nightmares, but at least it helps me to calm down after the nightmare, even though I cannot get back to sleep now. I will rest some more, however. Who knows, maybe I'll get back to sleep yet. I'm wide awake, mind racing, but not upset anymore from the nightmare at least. Just my usual Bi-Polar stuff now, not PTSD stuff.
 
I got back to sleep again, after making some pancakes, maybe an hour later. I slept many hours then so I had enough sleep anyway, even though I had a nightmare.
 
I slept with silence last night and it was really hard to go back to it. I will try some music again tonight, I really do think it helps me! I feel a good difference, one that I believe is helpful. I'm not sure how come it is beneficial, I just know that it is.
