I WISH!!!! I get drug tested every 3 months (or whenever he wants) at pain dr and popped randomly at work.

I need to CO were its like legal for recreational and not just medical like in Calu.

It's coming back up for voting for medical here. Lower majority I think. It needed to pass 60% majority and it was like 58%...im like thats more than half a f*cking close enough! Damn it!

So glad Alaska got it legal. The state is working on setting up the legal frameworks for growing and testing and distribution. I'm definitely watching this along the way! :) I really need to attend to my mental health! (I also need to get out from under my employer. :meh:

America is well into the process of legalising isn't it?

In my state in aus weed was 'decriminalised' decades ago by some stoner state member.
Basically that means you wont go to jail for it but the crooked local police will take it off you and keep it for themselves if they catch you with it lol

@mary1979 some States arw but its still illegal Federally which over rides the State so dont get that but I know Cali has had it medical forever, CO was the recreational testing State and their crime went up so doubt it will be for other States but medical, i just want medical here!
