Adhd Drugs For Chronic Ptsd Melancholic Is It Safe??

Hi i have Chronic PTSD Melancholic and arrhythmia.
By the way Melancholic is Highest form of Depression.
You think i should be fine with a low dose of Adderall or Ritalin

I'm on Diltiamzem 120mg 24 HR ER
Tramadol 50 mg tablet
Clonazepam 1 mg
Fluoxetine 40 mg

Why would you be taking adderall or Ritalin?

(I've taken adderall for a neurological issue and it didn't do a thing for my depression).

Is your psychiatrist recommending this?
