I have found on PINTEREST that there are a lot of coloring pages. and Free downloadable pages to be colored. I too find that a busy page irritates me. so I can pick and choose what suits me on Pinterest. key words: adult coloring book, coloring pages etc

I stumbled upon a mindfulness colouring book that I like, but I'm going to keep looking. I keep findin...

Look up Ronnie Walter (author) and her Coloring Cafe books on Amazon. They should be exactly what you are looking for!

Picked up a Christmas themed one on Saturday for my trip out of town this week.

Didn't so much enjoy the ones with crazy shapes and stuff. Made my head go nuts.

I color with what's available. Adult, child, not for that purpose but colorable anyway prints, if the need comes, I try to listen.

Underequipped with colorful crayons though, so thank you all for the reminder of a shopping list. :)

I was turned on to adult coloring books when I was in all day intensive outpatient at the hospital.

I colored all day in group listening and contributing. It helped me stay present and focused on what was going on in group and not "wander off".

I have a lot of books from Dover (this was mentioned already) and I also have the app colorfy on my phone. It helps me a lot too.

It's nice to do something so soothing.

I coloured at the weekend its relaxing choosing which colours go together I also play solitaire games on the computer it does the same thing for me chills me out and occupies some part of my brain that needs occupying. :)

I have been thinking about getting me a coloring book. This thread has been a wonderful thing for me with all of the opinions and variations mentioned. Sounds good to me. I play a couple of games on my I Pad and it is a major distraction to me. It gets me out of my head.

I have one. I have used it now and then, but most days I forget I own it. I am suffering quite badly from short term memory loss, and so forget I own the thing. I run across it sometimes, but am usually to busy to use it. My sister likes to do them though. If I recall, she recommended it to me and I bought it on Amazon.com.

I just backed a Kickstarter called the Sweary Colouring Book. A bunch of really great swear words with lots of pretty designs, but not too complicated looking. I'm looking forward to it arriving in February
