To get a better understanding of your sitiuation @Scandinavgirl, could you please...
Thank you for the advices - I know I have to stop worry so much;) The examples are:
1. We were talking about my inner critic. He proposed that we could call it a voice - not that he wanted to indicate that I was hearing voices, he said. Maybe he said this to test my reaction or hoping for some kind of response.
2. He questioned a word that I used to describe something. He did not know the word I was using and made a point of it. Schizophrenics often make their own words. I looked it up afterwards - the word exist;)
3. He tried to get me imagine a situation - I took what he said literally and misunderstood his intentions. I told him this and he gave me " a look". Schizophrenics often have problems with abstract thinking.
Maybe I am just paranoid. I dont know. I guess if he where to question whether I have it or not, it is because I know he has seen that I close my eyes and twitches a bit sometimes when I get these intrusive thoughts. So I guess I better tell him about them.
