tried to teach myself morese code by twitching my nostrils, but that whole things drove me half crazy
lol!!! That creates rather amusing imagery... I actually can pick up things with my toes. Never would have thought to do that when in this anxiety state.

I'd like to crawl out of my skin and leave it behind. Unfortunately, that doesn't seem to be an option.

I used to use exercise as well, but I have an active relaxation technique now that my T taught me that sometimes helps. Uses every muscle group and senses - tighten hold then slowly release. Start with the top of your head and work your way down. My worst area is my stomach, so I repeat it several times with my stomach muscles.

- who knows... maybe morse code with your nostrils might be better...
 
Totally understand this feeling. I feel like I am constantly on the verge of imploding. Like my skin is going to burn up and explode from the inside out. Do you have a lot of 'overstimulation ' problems in general? My senses are constantly on overdrive and I find it really overwhelming at times.

The only thing that helps is being totally unapologetic in my need for alone time when I'm about to implode. I separate myself physically or at least with headphones and music and I take a few minutes at least. It keeps me from lashing our tearing my insides to shreds.
