UPDATE: so I talked to my therapist about my rage issues and my plans for the anger course, and she started working with me right in the office using a method called The Work (The 4 Questions) from a book called Loving What is by Byron Katie. It has actually helped a lot, and I've used it anytime recently I've gotten into a rage/hyperalert situation with success so far. So for right now I'm going to see if this alone will get the job done for me, it's nicer than spending $300 bucks and taking time out of my schedule. If I ever find that I still need the course on top of the therapy I won't hesitate to take it but for now my therapist's techniques are working really well and she's provided free. I'm lucky to have a really good therapist.
