Yeah lol I ran 2k on the first day
.
Whenever I get totally out of shape, I bootcamp myself.
Know what that looks like?
- Nothing but walking and sitting up straight for 2 weeks. (Sitting up straight is serious, no leaning on anything. Ever. It's waaaaay hard when you're used to using the back of a chair, couch, etc. or leaning on your knees when leaning forward. After a couple weeks, you don't even notice. But first week will be catching yourself constantly, and feeling craY sore.)
- .5 km slow jog, 5 jumping jacks, 5 sit-ups, 5 hello dolly, 5 cherry pickers, etc.
Week 3/ Week 1 of "real" exercise ;) Day 1-7. It feels stupid. Like... You've got to be kidding me? stupid. Where's the running till you puke?
- .7 km, 7 jumping hack, 7 sit-ups, etc, Week 2
- 1 km Week 3
- 1.5 km Week 4
Keep incrementing yourself up slowly... And by the end of 3mo? 5-10km running, 80 4-count push-ups, 50-100 everything else. Walking 50 miles carrying 40kilos in 2 days.
I see this boot camp nonsense on TV, where they're pounding people till they break on day 1, and just roll my eyes.
