Have just started trying a magnesium supplement.
My Naturopath (/osteopath/chiropractor.) Said it looks I have magnesium defiency (hence the anxiety??).
I am trying a supplement containing Magnesium++,(Zinc,B6,Chromium,& Selinium).....heard calcium is good too.
If you can afford a Naturopath & are looking for alternative therapies, go for it!
My GP has also been very helpful in those respects.
