Hi.
I'm going to go by Anna. It's not my given name, but it's the name I've always felt I belonged to. I just got my final-word diagnosis on Wednesday (02.26). ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD. I'm anemic, and it's been very bad lately, which is an added stressor. I've suspected PTSD for a while. It's been over 3 years since the biggest contributing factor, but I only just got diagnosed. I feel like I haven't really been Me in a very long time, and I'm simultaneously excited and afraid for how I'll be after I've been doing therapy for a while. I've got this playlist that helps me. The songs on it are Lights by Ellie Goulding, Kangaroo Cry by Blue October, Precious Things by Tori Amos, and Damaged by Plumb. Any suggestions for more music would be welcome! Thanks, and hello (:
