Feeling awkward about tomorrow session

I have a session in the morning and anxiety is high about it. I have written it all out but I'm not 100% I'm going to send it. It's something I've wanted to go into for a while but it's so personal and I feel awkward. I'm not even sure how she could help anyway but maybe still good to talk about? I don't even know 🙈
 
Im short on words but wanted to say something in case no one sees before tomorrow.

Maybe you won't send it, maybe you send a different or shortened version. Important thing is that you wrote it.

Having the session, starting the journey is the most important part, the rest can come later if you dont feel quite ready. Well done for writing it down.
 
Hi LucyLou, Just a thought that you could still send it so that she's aware of it, but make it clear that you are not ready to talk about it yet. I've emailed my therapist many times with things that I know I won't be able to say out loud. It helped for him to know. He asks me about it, but if I don't feel ok with talking about it, I don't have to.
