In addition to the yoga, God,
marijuana, I'd like to add:
TM-transcendental meditation
within hours of my first session,
I slept better than I have in the last 10 years!
I've started dreaming again;
not the hideous nightmares, reliving past traumas in my sleep,
but actual, silly woman dreams, like;
dreams where I'm kissing some good looking guy on the beach in Florida.
I've learned and employed several different types of meditation in my life.
TM has far exceeded my expectations.
The technique has helped me overcome several symptoms of PTSD.
I've even had the sertraline I take reduced.
I hope to be off all medications soon.
