Childhood Can’t remember much

I just wanted to tell my story.. I feel really sick as I type this. When I was about 12-15 I can’t remember exactly when and I have no idea why I done it but my younger sister was sleeping I took her hand and masterbated with it I have no idea why I done it coz I’m not attracted to her or any child at that! She would have been about 6-8 I can’t beleive I could do something like that! I had a flashback afew years ago about it and I had a panic attack I just couldn’t beleive I would do something like that! I spoke to my therapist about it and she said it’s normal to do stuff like that when your younger but I do feel physically sick about it, I’ve told my partner and he has been very supportive. I’m so sorry it this offends anyone I’m really not a child abuser :(

Yes this is extremely common. Sad, but common. For your own sanity you need to move past it.

No, you're not a bad person. You were young. In a way it's good that you're sad about it, because you'd never do it again. But don't let the sadness be too much. You need to move past it.
