MVA Car Accident

Hi, Im from Providence, Rhode Island. I had a car Accident couple days ago. Where my lawyer & the other guys lawyer / insurance is fighting it out.

I was driving down the hill breaking as i noticed a car parked near the curb as im turning the right off course i had to drive up more a little and take that right. So as im already on the street this dude rams my driver side. Gets put the car and claming as its my fault.

Hi, That stinks you were in a car accident and the other guy claims it is your fault. Are you claiming you have PTSD from the car accident or did you have PTSD from prior trauma?

I don't think it's your fault.Consider hiring an accident attorney and file a case so that you will get the claim instead of him.
