Chat May Be Down Periodically

It seems Flashcoms can configure the chat to use https, however; the link in the nav bar currently uses http and I haven't forced https on the server yet... so depending what they change, will depend on whether the link in the navbar will work or not if I go to bed, and before I wakeup.

Flashcoms strike me as excellent in this field, so I will guess they will change the link in the navbar to https if they change the chat, so users aren't affected.... HOWEVER, the problem will still be auto login, as I have not forced https across the domain yet, which brings us back to a cross-over period, where if you are logged into http, then hit chat, you will get redirected to https, and not be logged in automatically until I force the entire site to https.

I already have the .htaccess file set in the /c/ folder, commented, ready to go... but its just a cross-over period that occurs.

Hmm, for me chat room was working fine until about 3pm pacific. At that time I lost connection to the chat room and now I cant get back in, first I was getting an 'invalid license' error now I'm getting connection refused error 0.

I'll just try again later.

At least you guys get a message, all I get is the authorization thing that keeps swirling and nothing. I even tried to let it be for a few minutes = no change.

I kinda like the swirling authorization message instead of the bright red =0 message, it makes me feel like I might get somewhere. :roflmao:

It is being worked upon... the problem though is that my time and US time are near directly opposite, so it makes it hard to get it fixed with US support and get sleep.
