Do you know what makes a perfect ring like this? That feels numb or sparkly? It goes all the way around, but it’s whiter on the palm side

Yeah, @somerandomguy, I’m about to call the doctor on duty at the local hospital I go to. I doubt it’s possible to know what caused it, but besides the numbness it feels okay and like it’s improved. I am also worried that washing Nestle’s retractable leash with bleach (though I used gloves) (it smelled bad) may have somehow made it worse. If I need a doc I’ll ask my mom for the cash I suppose

I got stung when I was six or seven. Turns out I’m SUPER allergic! Not as deadly a reaction as my poison ivy my dad wouldn’t take me to the hospital for, even when my eyes got swollen shut (which I tried to hide for fear of getting in trouble, I was shocked when my mom showed concern), but still bad.

I like wasps a lot though!! I watched Netflix with one! I’ve shared that before here so I’ll not tell that again for now :P

I need to find the chemical and remove it. If I can find it, I can get it identified and get the MSDS to figure out how to clean it, or if I need a professional. I’m worried about the cat, and my mom’s bare feet. It was right around her office chair... there’s a lot there though

The doc says I definitely did everything I could do, and now I’m at the stage where I need to wait and see what it does. Which will hopefully be nothing, but if it blisters, blackens, or becomes necrotic, I should go to the hospital (makes sense) So hopefully it just won’t

He recommended that if I find out what chemical did it, I should call Poison Control to ask them for disposal advice

Pretty annoying, I would say. Hopefully the burn stays mild then. I dislike antibiotics

My father left me a strange voice mail message.

Not quite verbatim (in a quiet, awkward/uncomfortable tone of voice): “Wait! No! Don’t hang up! This is Google, with important updates about your account! ....just kidding. I just wanted to know how you are. I wanted to be ‘face to face’ more than just a text. I hope you’re doing great. I hope you have a great time. Call me back. Sometime.”

That seems surprisingly normal?

It occurs to me that I made a post invisible to him about me being in grad school, and also a cute story about my dog and her cat. But I didn’t block his dad or his step mom from seeing it.

So he’s possibly realizing he’s in danger of losing the last kid who’ll talk to him? Will he apologize? Am I heartless? Is he? Did he feel any guilt for hurting my mom? Is he trying to get back at my mom again? Find out in next week’s episode I guess
