Crisis Online Chat That Works On A Tablet?

I'm not sure if the right place to post but since it's for help with panic attacks I figured it fit. Does anybody know of a crisis online chat that will work on a tablet? My iPad doesn't support adobe flash and I don't currently have a computer. I know some chats are area specific so I live in Canada if that helps.

I've tried googling it but I've gotten nowhere. Any suggestions?

I don't have any specific recommendations, but I believe there are apps you can download on your iPad that will get you around the issue of it not supporting flash. You might try looking for one of those apps so that you can access an online crisis chat that you already know about.

Similar to amcen's suggestion (although not a crisis contact) BlahTherapy is a place to talk. There is also the chat here, I'm sure if anyone is on they would talk you down through a panic attack.

Yuck, I feel like crap. I ended up having a panic attack, thankfully my Mom had already taken my wee ones for a visit at her place and my best friend chose that moment to call and chat so she was able to talk me down. I feel terrible now, I was supposed to use this time to tidy up without the kids underfoot but I am completely out of energy. All I wanna do is crawl into bed and sleep.
I'm low on "spoons" today and have a long list of stuff to do. I'll just get done what I can and hope it's enough.
