I am so fortunate to live in an area where the GI unit is the best in the country. I hardly had to wait to be diagbosed and my consultant is a lovely understanding woman.
It was an awful appointment for you and I don't think you over reacted.
I've just thought of a PTSD positive. We don't have to constantly worry about where the nearest toilet is because...... we are reclusive and don't leave the house:roflmao:
