Curcumin and turmeric instead of traditional ssri?

I haven't noticed any effect on mood with the tumeric, but it definitely helped with monster pms, and after several months it cleared my psoriasis (no Rx meds ever had any effect).

Tumeric also has a negative effect on iron.
