Feel I internalize other peoples anger. Like taking a bad pill, just goes right inside. Think this is the case with verbal anger, and anger expressed at me with facial expressions and body english as well.
Also, seem to have a habit of empathizing (like forming a link) with those who I witness recieving anger also, and perhaps internalize the anger being expressed at them as well. This seems about right.
Witnessing or being the recipient of anger = big trigger for me. Am betting I'm not alone. Any thoughts, ideas, suggestions or comments warmly solicited.
Hearing from anyone with anger deflection tips/strategies would be great.
