Hope to hell they find out what happened to the thing. From what I have heard the IED tore it apart that much they have had problems piecing the remains of the 6 guys together.

That is not a good sign when our best armoured taxi gets taken out like that

Can`t believe that Beharry gets a mention at 3min, his warrior had 14 hits from RPG`s? don`t remember reading that in the book

There's been some fairly silly stuff in the press 'Why didn't it have a vee-shaped hull' (a little knowledge is a dangerous thing with journos).....
It was a BIG blast IED. No conventional AFV is going to come well out of that. Warrior came to my rescue a few times in Bos, like the video says, they look scary & you don't mess with them.

We lost several Tanks to IEDs in Afghanistan. I drove away from my strike, but that tank ended in the bone yard. If a tank can't take the hit, there are no AIFVs that are going to take it.

I do take it that these have nothing to do with the M2A2 Bradley. Used to load those for Kosovo out of the USEC.

The Germans have this thing called the "Fox" I think. Wheeled APC. Thing is built to take a tactical Nuke. Real quiet too.

I am sad to say. And please tell me If I am full of shit, but it does seem that the Taliban has their shit together allot more than what some Generals are reporting. This is all politically timed now. Once they marry the negotiations to combat operations, it's a losing situation. Just my .50 øre.

Bradley is the same sort of thing, Infantry taxi, but the litlle warrior in my last post is what the British Mechanics use, which is why it has a jib laid along the top left deck, and only a small gun turret. unlike its Infantry brother with the full turret as ned posted or can be seen in the vid.

I save my stuff on the desktop first then us the "upload a file" option at the bottom of the page next to "Post Reply" unless it is a vid, then I just copy and paste the URL.
