Hi I’m sorry you're depressed. I tend to see it as not caused by anything particularly. It’s a thing itself. Everything sucks when you are depressed so the things people say seem not to help. You can feel better though and I think you will because you are trying. I know it’s hard. I also know I’m not depressed so it’s possible. I never thought I’d be not depressed for any length of time. So I wanted to say hi and hang in there and we are all here, those of us who’ve managed to stay, and there seem to be lots of new names on the board and, that’s interesting and keep writing.
