Detrimental behavior

    Any tips from anyone when it comes to just wanting to Harm self in ways like cut drink too much pills etc......

    im just at a point where thing are too much i try to push myself but it makes it worse. ive been so broken for so long i dont think there is coming back from it.....

    That's so hard to learn, knowing when to push and when to process (relax, give yourself a break).
    Exercise can give a person a sense of wellbeing....a nice dopamine rush you know.?
    Maybe distracting with very loud music or movie?
    Sorry you are having to fight right now. Do you have any tools that have helped in the past?

    Its like im too exhausted, have you ever had such bad anxiety depression your paralyzed? if i take a break, stop, ill give up.
