Thanks mate, was a smoker for 29 years. I'm still climbing the walls, but not getting as high up before I am ok again :D

I resolved to give up drinking soda this year. I'm actually rather pleased with myself. Thus far I have been able to stick to it. Actually the thing I tell myself is that I'm "cutting back" on soda because if I say that I'm giving it up I will immediately start having cravings.
