Absolutely.

Heard feels less alone... a flickering light of comfort and validation that we hold close to us when all else is dark.

Not being heard is the bane of my existence. I feel heard here. I feel heard by one of my doctors.

How does it feel? Validating. Surprising. I feel myself relax a little knowing I am not alone. That what I feel, think and struggle with is being heard. I don't need anyone to 'fix' me, but being heard sure helps me to fix myself!!
