I answered "Other - I used to" because my husband used to hog the remote and so I really had no choice, it was watch it or watch nothing.

I used to watch it for a while because I found it less depressing than real life. Sure, the victims did not always get justice, but at least someone tried to help them. It was better than what was going on IRL at the time.

Before I told anyone about what happened I would watch it because I felt like I was not the only one and so it made me feel less alone. It would make me uncomfortable to watch it but I was still able to do so. It also made me feel safe, as even though it was a show I felt that by the end of the show one less bad guy is off the streets. However, since I told, anything pertaining to that triggers me, and I haven't been able to watch it. I'm not sure why, but I feel horrible and I can't bare to even see the ads on tv.
