Reading a regular old paper book also helps me at night (vs screen stuff)...usually something uplifting or interesting, but easy to set down, like non-fiction prose or essays. But basically low light and something light. Humorous stuff helps too, especially if I am fearing sleeping because of nightmares...helps to set my brain in a better place before going to bed.
