@Kevin1964 I wish more people would understand these very implications that you do, with longevity drug use. There are good reasons as to why some drugs are banned, and longevity effect is typically the answer, let alone short-term danger inflicted towards others, i.e. driving high or such.

This conversation ends the same with everyone I've known who was an avid pot smoker, then stopped it. The things they noticed, the difference in how they actually where without it versus how they perceived they were with it, vastly different outcomes for them. Even pot, longevity, will do more harm than good. Short-term, sure thing... long-term, settle in for a shorter life and some serious organ damage.

Ecstasy was actually developed to treat shell-shock in World War 1 soldiers. No wonder it works a treat for PTSD...that was what it was originally targeted to improve.

this is exactly what i did after my traumatic trip... i felt high without drugs, so i did mandy to feel sober. it was the only thing making me feel somewhat right

Interesting. Not sure if I'd want to try it or not. Wouldn't do it illegally, but maybe if it was legal and there was more research I'd try it. I don't like to be the guinea pig for any drug. Not that ecstasy is new or anything, but I want them to get the dosing for PTSD right before I put it in my body.

I've done A LOT of MDMA and it really doesn't seem like it would have long term positive effects like many psychedelics being used in the latest medical research have.

Also I took MDMA and ketamine together unknowingly once and I just saw wormholes connecting people to eachother's chests and couldn't speak and it felt very much like Donnie Darko. These comments are so interesting to me.
