I'm really struggling lately with my anxiety and sleeping. My anxiety is taking over, and I find myself constantly jumpy. It then stops me from sleeping well at night. I find myself waking up frequently to check there are no dangers around me.
My personal trainer's girlfriend is a naturopath & she's suggested I might find EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and Reiki helpful. Has anyone had any experience of this? Would you recommend?
