Therapy tomorrow and gosh I have been sooo depressed, but wouldn't you know it 4-6 inches of snow tonight and tomorrow . I swear the world is out to get me!!!!! (By the way I live about 30 away from therapist and I hate snow!!!)

Sorry you're feeling depressed! Its hard in the winter. When i lived further north, Id go play in the snow and it always made me feel better. Like the kid i never got to be.

Drive safe to therapist! Hopefully it will be plowed by then. And if i could sing, Id sing you a song to make you better...or hell, id do it now just to make you laugh! ;) :hug:

:hug:s Snowflake. I am 30 miles away from my psychiatrist, hate it. Had to reschedule three times this winter, me twice, him once. I hope the forecast isn't right. Sometimes, it's not. Take care and drive safely.

We had that snow today but rain for us tomorrow.
I used to hate the winter appointment cancellations. I drive over a mountain and sometimes it's not possible. Just the anticipation of "can I, can't I" make it was the worst for me.
Drive safe and give yourself some extra time (sure you know the drill!:) )

Thanks I left her a bad message and she called me for this afternoon. Got another med and discussed crisis center.
