I have found that if I put in my earphones, and don't care where I'm going then I can actually get out for a walk. If I have a destination, and a deadline, then I get stressed out much faster.
There are also days when I am so exhausted that I feel like I've just gone for a long run, and all my muscles are aching and warm and jelly like, as though I've just had an adrenalin rush. Those are the days that getting an answer out of me is almost impossible, as I just cannot think or process anything.
If anything, go for a swim with a friend, just chat as you swim, and you will find that you don't stress about how much you have done, and will actually be refreshed afterwards.
